A: Most information is listed on your report for 7 years, but all types of bankruptcies are listed for 10 years. Good information is listed there indefinitely.

A: A good credit score gives you better interest rates, reduced annual fees, savings of thousands of dollars on big purchases like mortgages and auto loans.
